Quick start

A panel in 10 steps

From the setup email to your first buyers. Steps 1–4 are required, the rest as you need them.

10 stepsabout 30 minutes

  1. Step 1

    Set the Owner password

    email → /set-password

Once the panel is created, we send a one-time setup link to your cabinet email. Open it and set the password of the Owner, the account with full rights.

The link works for a limited time. If it expired, request a new one on the panel’s page in the cabinet; after the Owner’s first sign-in no new link is issued.

The panel address, like name.domain, is shown in the cabinet. Keep the password in a password manager and use it nowhere else.

  2. Step 2

    Name the panel

    /admin/modules

The “Modules” section has a “Panel name” form. Up to 40 characters: the panel uses it in page titles and the mail top bar, and everyone sees the change at once.

You can also switch off modules you do not use there: their data stays in the database.

  3. Step 3

    Add proxies

    /admin/proxies

Without proxies the panel reaches neither mail nor Steam: the trial and Start plans have no direct connections from our addresses, and Steam and Outlook always go through a proxy.

Paste proxies one per line (login and password optional) into the IMAP pool and, if you need it, the Steam pool, then press “Check all”. Each account always goes out through the same proxy.

  4. Step 4

    Load your accounts

    /admin → Import

In “Users” open “Import”: create users from a list, import Outlook accounts, or mail with maFiles.

Bulk import is off on the trial: add accounts one by one, up to 25. Paid plans take up to 2000 rows per import, within the plan’s account limit.

Load only accounts you have the right to manage: mass failed mailbox sign-ins suspend the panel automatically.

  5. Step 5

    Invite administrators

    /admin

Give each helper their own account with the administrator role; do not share the Owner password. The number of administrators (besides the Owner) depends on the plan, see the table below.

Only the Owner manages modules, proxies, API keys and the bot.

    Plan limits
    PlanAccountsAdministratorsAPI, requests per minute
    Trial251no
    Start5001no
    Pro3,00051,000
    Business20,000203,000

Preliminary values: the final ones will be announced before subscriptions open.

  6. Step 6

    Connect the API

    /admin/api-keys

The profile API is available on Pro and Business. Create a key under “API keys” and send it in the X-API-Key header. The key is shown once; revoking takes effect from the next request.

The documentation is at /api-docs on your panel’s own domain, not on this site.

  7. Step 7

    Connect a Telegram bot

    /admin/telegram

Create a bot with @BotFather and paste its token under “Telegram”. The bot sends statistics and error reports and tells you when a proxy goes down.

  8. Step 8

    Turn on two-factor sign-in

    /admin/security

Under “Security” turn on sign-in with an authenticator app code for the Owner and keep the recovery codes somewhere safe. You can also require 2FA from every administrator there.

If your panel does not have this section yet, it arrives with the next update.

  9. Step 9

    Data export and deletion

    cabinet → panel → Requests

Export: an encrypted archive with all the panel’s data. Its passphrase is shown once in the cabinet, and the download link arrives by email.

Deletion: confirmed with your password and the panel name. Both requests run after a check by NeRambler staff and can be cancelled until then.

  10. Step 10

    When something is wrong

    /support

Check the status page, then write to support: the panel address, what happened and when. Never send passwords, keys or maFiles.
