Draft — requires review by a lawyer

Version 2026-10-draft-1 · of 18 October 2026

This text has not been reviewed by a lawyer yet and may change. It is not legal advice and not a statement of compliance with any law.

In short

  • Work only with accounts you have the right to manage.
  • Forbidden: password guessing, phishing, fraud, spam, malware, attacks on the Service or anyone else.
  • Mass failed mailbox sign-ins suspend a panel automatically.
  • Reports go to beta.nerambler.com/en/abuse; we check first, then act, and tell you why.

A short summary for convenience. The full text below is what applies.

Provider and personal data operator

The details (legal name or full name, tax number, address for requests) will appear here before payments are accepted.

1.Scope

1.1This policy applies to everyone who uses the Service: the Customer, the Owner and every panel user. The Customer makes sure its users follow it.

1.2This policy is part of the public offer (beta.nerambler.com/en/legal/offer). Terms have the same meaning.

2.What the Service is for

2.1A panel stores and gives access to mail and game accounts the Customer lawfully manages: reading incoming mail and confirmation codes, keeping a sign-in log, revoking buyers’ access.

2.2Giving buyers of accounts access to the panel is the main purpose of the Service and is not reselling.

2.3Third-party platform rules (for example the Steam Subscriber Agreement) may forbid selling or transferring accounts. Following them is the Customer’s duty; the Service does not protect against platform sanctions.

3.What is forbidden

  • Uploading or using accounts obtained without the right to them: stolen, hacked, phished, leaked or bought credential lists.
  • Guessing passwords, testing lists of logins and passwords (credential stuffing, password spraying) or otherwise cycling through credentials via the Service.
  • Phishing, fraud, carding, money laundering and deceiving buyers.
  • Sending spam or supporting spam operations with the Service.
  • Storing or distributing malware, or content the law forbids, including child sexual abuse material.
  • Harassing people, publishing others’ personal data without a basis, infringing intellectual property.
  • Attacking the Service or third parties: overloading, scanning, exploiting vulnerabilities, trying to reach another panel or its data.
  • Circumventing plan limits, isolation, rate limits or blocks, including by opening many trial panels.
  • Using proxies you have no right to, or anyone else’s infrastructure without permission.

4.Security research

4.1If you find a vulnerability, report it to support with SECURITY in the subject. Test only on your own panel, do not touch others’ data, do not disrupt the Service and do not disclose details until we ship a fix.

5.Automatic measures

5.1The Service watches mailbox sign-ins. If the share of failed sign-ins in a panel is too high (a sign of password guessing or someone else’s credentials), the panel is suspended automatically with an “abuse” mark and the Provider is alerted.

5.2Panel addresses are checked daily against Google Safe Browsing. A match becomes a report and is reviewed by a person.

5.3Plan limits (accounts, administrators, API requests, database size) apply automatically. Above the size limit the database turns read-only until it shrinks or the plan changes.

6.How to report abuse

6.1Report a panel that breaks this policy through the form at beta.nerambler.com/en/abuse. Give the panel address, what happened and evidence if you have it. A contact for the answer is optional.

6.2We acknowledge the report, review it and tell the reporter the outcome if a contact was left.

7.What happens on a breach

7.1Depending on severity the Provider warns the Customer, restricts features, suspends the panel or ends the agreement. When people or the Service are at risk, a panel may be suspended at once, before the review ends.

7.2The Provider tells the Customer the reason by email unless the law forbids it, and keeps the data of a suspended panel. A panel suspended for abuse is resumed only by the Provider’s staff after review.

7.3The Provider discloses data to authorities only on a lawful request and only as far as it requires.

8.Appeals

8.1If you disagree with a decision, write to support (beta.nerambler.com/en/support) with the panel address and an explanation. We answer within the times in the “Service level” document and resume the panel if we were wrong.
